Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phww", "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to phww.vu, the online gaming platform operating at the domain phww.vu, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the phww platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the phww platform to access the Services.
• "Services" means all games, wagering products, promotions, payment services, and ancillary features offered by phww on its platform, including but not limited to slots, live dealer casino, sportsbook, online sabong, bingo, virtual table games, and e-sports betting.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, rebate, or enhanced-odds offer granted to a Player subject to the conditions described in Section 6.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory authority that licenses and supervises phww's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR for all licensed operators before a Player may conduct real-money transactions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the phww platform is restricted under applicable law.

2.1. By accessing the phww platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager through the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with phww's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the phww platform and may not register an Account or access the Services in any form.

2.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phww. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into such an agreement under Philippine law and the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.4. phww reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Services following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3.1. To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or above;
2. You are located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is lawful under local law;
3. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of phww, PAGCOR, or any software provider supplying games to the phww platform, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and for your own benefit — not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
6. You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently suspended, or barred from phww or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform.

3.2. phww reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within five (5) business days of request may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

3.3. phww does not knowingly accept registrations from persons under the age of 21. If phww discovers that an Account holder is or was underage at the time of registration, phww will immediately close the Account, void all bets and bonuses, and return only the player's verified original deposit amount after deducting any winnings generated while underage, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

4.1. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the phww platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy Accounts by a single Player is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phww employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate Account activity.

4.2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify phww promptly if any details change.

4.3. All Accounts are subject to KYC verification before real-money withdrawal functionality is activated. phww accepts the following Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes:

• PhilSys National ID (Philippine Identification System Card)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

4.4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phww will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, unless you have notified phww of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery.

4.5. You must notify phww support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

5.1. All financial transactions on the phww platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phww does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its standard payment methods; however, individual payment service providers (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO) may impose their own transaction fees, for which phww bears no responsibility.

5.2. Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya; ₱500 via bank transfer. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) or within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method. phww reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method held in the Player's own name.

5.3. Withdrawals. Players may submit withdrawal requests to their verified GCash or Maya account, or to a Philippine bank account held in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard processing time is up to twenty-four (24) hours for Bronze and Silver VIP tier accounts; same-day processing for Gold tier; within one (1) hour for Platinum tier; and within thirty (30) minutes for Diamond tier.

5.4. Verification of source of funds. phww is required by PAGCOR to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on large transactions. phww may request evidence of source of funds for withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 in a single transaction or ₱300,000 in any rolling thirty (30) day period. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.

5.5. Unclaimed funds. Account balances that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be deemed dormant. phww will attempt to contact the Account holder at the registered email address. If no response is received within thirty (30) days of such notice, phww reserves the right to close the Account and transfer the remaining balance to a PAGCOR-approved player protection fund, subject to applicable Philippine law.

5.6. phww does not accept deposits from credit cards or any borrowed credit facilities. Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited represent their own disposable income and not borrowed money.

6.1. phww offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback rebates, free spins on selected slots, enhanced odds on sports events, and VIP loyalty rewards. The existence, terms, and availability of any specific promotion are subject to change without advance notice.

6.2. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phww bonuses:

1. Wagering requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a minimum of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless a different wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Game contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games 10%; sports betting 100% on pre-match bets with odds of 1.50 or greater. phww publishes the full game contribution table in its promotions terms section.
3. Validity period: Bonus funds expire fourteen (14) days after being credited to the Account unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
4. Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawable winnings derived solely from a free-spin or no-deposit bonus are capped at ₱500 per bonus allocation.
5. Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Players who have applied for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses during the restriction period.

6.3. phww reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or withhold any bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gambling intent.

6.4. Players may not withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active without first forfeiting the bonus. If a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is active and pending completion of wagering requirements, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the real-money balance only will be processed for withdrawal.

7.1. All games offered on the phww platform are governed by individual game rules published in the respective game interfaces. Players are solely responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

7.2. Random Number Generators. All slot games and virtual table games on the phww platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG ensures that each outcome is statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including phww itself.

7.3. Live dealer games. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game as dealt by live dealers in certified studios. phww bears no responsibility for errors arising from network interruptions on the Player's side during live game sessions. If a technical failure occurs on phww's side during a live game, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.4. Sports betting. All sports bets are subject to the phww Sportsbook Rules, which cover settlement rules, void conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and the treatment of postponed or cancelled events. Markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports authority. PBA results are settled on the basis of official PBA announcements; international football on FIFA/UEFA official results.

7.5. phww reserves the right to void any bet, at its sole discretion, if there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of an outcome (including but not limited to match-fixing, insider information, or technical errors that displayed incorrect odds).

8.1. phww provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, effective immediately upon request through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that lock immediately and cannot be increased for 72 hours after change;
• Session Loss Limits — automatic session termination when a defined peso loss threshold is reached;
• Session Time Reminders — in-platform alerts at 1, 2, or 4 hours of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period — temporary account access restriction for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — irreversible account closure, processed same-day, with no possibility of reinstatement.

8.2. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact phww support for immediate assistance and to make use of the self-exclusion tool. phww takes all responsible gaming requests seriously and processes them without delay.

8.3. phww is prohibited by PAGCOR regulations and by these Terms from extending credit to Players or facilitating loans for the purpose of gambling. Deposits must represent the Player's own freely available funds.

9.1. All content on the phww platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of phww or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

9.2. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phww platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of any phww content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform;
• Framing or embedding the platform on any third-party website without phww's express written consent;
• Using phww's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

9.3. Any unauthorised use of phww intellectual property constitutes infringement and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10.1. phww collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2. phww processes personal data for the following purposes: account registration and verification; KYC and AML compliance; fraud detection and prevention; customer support; regulatory reporting to PAGCOR; and the provision and improvement of the Services.

10.3. phww does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with regulated service providers necessary to deliver the Services (including payment processors, KYC verification platforms, and game providers) or as required by PAGCOR or other lawful authority.

10.4. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to phww's legal obligations to retain certain data under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law. Requests relating to personal data should be submitted to [email protected].

11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phww's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Services, whether arising in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount of real-money funds deposited by the Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2. phww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services;
• Technical failures, network outages, or server errors outside phww's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security;
• The Player's violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phww's liability for death or personal injury caused by phww's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12.1. phww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phww reasonably determines that:

1. The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
2. The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. The Player is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
4. The Player has engaged in match-fixing, bonus abuse, chip dumping, or exploitation of software errors;
5. The Account is subject to a regulatory investigation, law enforcement request, or court order;
6. The Player is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible under Section 3;
7. Continued operation of the Account presents an AML, fraud, or reputational risk to phww.

12.2. Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, phww may withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, phww reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance after notifying the Player in writing. Any legitimate real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the verified deposit source after deduction of applicable losses, fees, and any phww investigation costs.

12.3. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled according to their outcome; verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days.

13.1. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phww platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially exposing the Player to Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (including under different names or payment details);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings gained through a confirmed software error must be reported to phww immediately and will be voided;
• Engaging in chip dumping, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion with other Players;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or corruption;
• Attempting to circumvent PAGCOR-mandated AML checks or providing false KYC documentation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phww staff, live dealers, or other Players through any platform communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Charging back a deposit after placing bets with those funds.

14.1. phww reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms will always be accessible on the phww website at phww.vu/terms-conditions, and will display the effective date of the most recent revision.

14.2. For material changes to these Terms, phww will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to affected Players via email to the registered Account address or through a prominent notice on the platform's login screen. Non-material administrative changes may take effect immediately upon posting.

14.3. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must notify phww in writing and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

15.1. These Terms and Conditions and the entire legal relationship between you and phww are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or a Player's Account shall first be submitted to phww's Customer Support for informal resolution. phww will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, which is available to all Players of PAGCOR-licensed operators at no cost.

15.4. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court in the Philippines where necessary to protect that party's rights.

16.2. For regulatory matters or complaints that cannot be resolved through phww's internal process, Players may contact PAGCOR directly at the PAGCOR official website.

16.3. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any previous version, these Terms shall prevail.
